    • What are the dimensions of SwimSalabim?

      SwimSalabim has the dimensions of a classic shipping container, with external measurements of 13.50 meters in length, 3.00 meters in width, and 4.00 meters in height at its highest point. This is why it is sometimes referred to as a swimming container.

    • How big is the pool?

      The stainless-steel pool has the following dimensions:
      Length: 7.00 meters
      Width: 2.70 meters
      Depth: 1.20 meters

      The pool can also be scaled, i.e., extended in length.

    • How heavy is SwimSalabim?

      In its standard version, SwimSalabim weighs around 20 tons when empty (transport condition) and about 40 tons when filled with water.

    • What are the requirements for the installation site?

      The ground must be stable and, above all, level. In addition, it must meet the static requirements to permanently support the weight of the filled SwimSalabim (around 40 tons).

    • Does the pool comply with swimming pool standards?

      Yes, SwimSalabim complies with the requirements of traditional swimming pool construction, in particular DIN EN 19643 and DIN EN 15288. Moreover, construction standards such as minimum passage heights have been considered, and the doors are designed to provide access for people with reduced mobility (DIN 18040-1 and DIN 18040-2).

    • Does the water treatment meet current standards?

      Yes. Special attention was paid to ensuring that SwimSalabim’s water treatment and pool construction meet the requirements for public swimming pools. The hygienic and hydraulic standards are met, pool circulation is ensured, and water treatment is in line with regulations.

    • What connections are required?

      SwimSalabim can be operated in plug-and-play mode. It only requires:
      a 1-inch (4/4) water connection,
      a 63-amp power connection, and
      a connection to the sewage system.

    • How long does commissioning take?

      SwimSalabim can be commissioned within one day. However, heating the pool water may require an additional day. The initial commissioning is always carried out by a specialist company provided by the manufacturer.

    • Is a service and maintenance contract required?

      For the technical equipment of SwimSalabim, we strongly recommend concluding a service and maintenance contract with our partner company. This includes regular inspections of the technical systems.

    • Can SwimSalabim be transported by road?

      Yes, SwimSalabim is designed and constructed so that it can be transported by heavy-duty transport vehicles on public roads.

    • What logistics are required for SwimSalabim?

      A heavy-duty crane (at least 100 tons) is required for loading SwimSalabim. During lifting, the manufacturer’s lifting specifications must be observed. The transport itself is carried out as a heavy-load transport by road, which usually requires permits from the relevant authorities.

    • How many people can use SwimSalabim at the same time?

      For children, we recommend a maximum of 8 using it at the same time, although more may be possible in individual cases.

    • Does SwimSalabim include showers / toilets?

      Yes, the standard version of SwimSalabim comes with a shower cabin (3 showers) and a toilet. Both shower and toilet are barrier-free.

    • Can you also swim for sport in SwimSalabim?

      Yes—if SwimSalabim is ordered with the optional counter-current system, it is perfectly suitable for sports swimming. It is even possible to install swimming lanes, making SwimSalabim comparable to larger pools. Especially for training swimming techniques, SwimSalabim is ideal. The counter-current system is adjustable in stages.
